- Only a couple of bits really need upgrading. I'll offer many just need to get things to fit right and NOT overtighten the hardware.

Excited for spring this year.
Great point in this video. I've had the same bike going on six years and haven't stripped one yet. Torque wrench definitely comes in handy too.
Yes one should get a few torque wrenches, and most problems will just go away.
Gotcha there. I learned the hard way and then I got a job maintaining tools and setting the torque on them
Don't get a Pittsburgh brand one. I only used it a couple times and it's broke already. I changed my motorcycle clutch with it & it worked fine when I put it back in it's case. Went to use it for my motorized bicycle cylinder head & it was broke. Literally broke from sitting in it's case wtf?
In my latest kit the head gasket was actually bent lol. I had other ones I can use so always good to have extras on hand
Thanks 👍 from England
Welcome!
Throw away the chain tensioner and shorten the chain to the right length.
I know they get a lot of hate, but I used those vibration motor mounts from bbr tuning to mount my motor and I love them. They really cut down on vibration and helped with spacing. Just my opinion, but I dunno why everyone hates them.
They probably hate em because they installed their motor crooked. Causing the studs to break or over torqued nuts & stripped em, so they blammed it on the rubber mounts..... I installed my motor on a brand new frame and had fitment issues due to the frame geometry. Causing me to scratch the he'll out of a beautiful paint job. In hindsight I realized I should have used some black electrical tape tightly wrapped around frame mounting area. Not several layers thick, just one or 2 wraps , enough to avoid scratches when mounting. Then cut away visible tape once mounted......I also always now tape off the inside my cylinder when I'm doing portwork = no more scratched cylinder walls.
thank you
Welcome!
How about raking? Round stock lathed to fit inside tubes, welding stresses the tube like u said . Can only find 1type of springer forks .looking for monarch ones . Must be me . Company for bike parts ? Thanks for ai ur work !
Putting a sleeve inside a butt weld certainly helps. Forks - amzn.to/3XrX3d6

I get my parts from eBay whenever possible
Just watched ur welding video. Good job as always! I use to weld for Electric Boat aka general dynamics. We were taught to manipulate the gun 2 ways .back n forth like u did , also like writing the letter " e" cursive style . U can practice w/pencil and paper trying to make it uniform .....
