So this is definitely a work in progress but I just wanted to show you guys what I've been up to. This is a different village than the one from the livestreams.
Ive Seen so many make all the buildings stone with limestone. It is ofcourse better for the firewoork consumption. But I think that if you have different houses , some wicker with the clay , some out of logs. Some out of stone , some with insulation some without , it creates a much more diverse town. But What I like about your town is the fact that you gave your villagers pretty large yards. So you still keep that diversity , even if most of your buildings are top level insulation wise. I love your town. Its a job well done dude!
I try to have the houses on the outskirts of the town more mixed (wood, wicker, a little stone) to show income disparities 😂 Houses on the inside of the town are much more stone based.
Very nice. Would be keeping viewers from guessing if a map of the area was shown and a bit in camera mode from overhead. So we are left with looking for a waterfall area, perhaps google can help.
