New sleever here. Thanks for the good advice.
Thank you so much for the tips!!
I did the gastric sleeve in May, I know I over eating a few times. I’m also emotional eater.
Thanks for tip for waiting 3 hours, I literally just ate 2 hours ago, I’m hungry. I’m hoping I didn’t stretch my stomach.
OMGoodness! After listening to this, I made a conscious effort to recognize when I sigh at dinner tonight and I just did it. Thank you so much for this information. I wonder too if could you please discuss binge eating. I had VSG in Jan 2019 and I find that as before surgery, I cannot stop at one scoop of ice cream, once piece of candy or one cookie...I eat until I’m sick.
Absolutely! I'd be happy to. Keep an eye on this feed as I'll add all future videos here. I'm glad this one helped - the sigh moment is a game changer I think! :)
So helpful. Thank you. Your channel is really helping me. Im 1 week post op x 🇬🇧
Fabulous! Glad I could help Jemma!
Very helpful. Thank you!
Glad you found it useful!
Thank you so much for all your videos, they are truly helpful for new sleevers. What size container would you say would be best?
I am 3 days away from 1 month after my sleeve.
Thanks Adriana! I would put things in max a one cup container, but you may not eat it all. Sometimes the texture, and type of food will change how much you can eat. See how you feel.
Is 1/2 cup enough at 2.3 years PO?
Normally we'd expect a little more ~1 cup, but everyone is different. Best to discuss with your dietitian as they can look at your medical history and what you're currently doing to give you more specific advice
