Seems like EastEnders are trying to break every couple in the show. Nancy and Zack, Mick and Linda, Rainie and Stuart and soon Jay and Lola when Lola dies of brain tumour later this year😭

Nancy is going through a lot with Zack and her mother both of them let her down so much that she can't go through it again so she's saying goodbye to both of them guys and worked on herself Zach you hurt her so much by cheating on her and her mom won't stop drinking I don't think she could take it no more Nancy work on yourself think of yourself for once

The writing only seems to get worse.
Back when the Carters were introduced, I was convinced Nancy (rather than Johnny) would turn out to be the gay one of the three kids, like her aunt Tina. Something about her vibe and her energy reads lesbian. Cool that she's a non-conforming tough no-nonsense straight woman, though, that's important to see on soaps as well--suppose Nancy's a lot like Shirley in that respect.
That being said, I still genuinely think Nancy might be happier with a woman--not that lesbian relationships are all perfect or drama-free or non-toxic, but generally odds are better there's a lot more understanding in them.

No she doesn’t, you wouldn’t say that of a male character with the same amount of facial lines. We’re just too used to seeing some made up and airbrushed all the time whilst men are allowed to look their actual age though perhaps they do get criticised for natural male pattern balding
