    -How to change your Mind?-
    Dyaan when reached china becomes Chan
    And when Chan reached Japan it becomes Zen
    Yoga means union
    So Zen Yoga means union with Dhyan, with shunya, becoming your true ultimate self. 🕉️
    Teaching are taken from-
    1. Patanjali Yog Sutras
    2. Bhagwat Gita
    3. Gautama Buddha
    Through Zen Yoga we try to understand the mechanics of
    spirituality
    Meditation
    Mind
    It says after reaching Pratyahara stage you meet your Guru & he teaches you by his word of mouth physically or at molecular level.
    How to change our mind if it's full of weakness?
    Imagine your mind is like a cloth
    Cloth is made up of thread
    Threads represents our thoughts 💭
    Threads(thoughts)colour by emotions
    Durability of cloth is determined by how many times you have repeated a certain thoughts, self talk. Habits.
    Natural internal state of mind is determined by "stored in thoughts"
    Fine(intelligent) or coarse(confused). Whatever we say or think tells us about our internal state of our mind.
    Character of person matters most, like Krishna has such a great character, 16 qualities, kala. We don't believe in person but his character, the quality he brings in. We connects with it. And it's predictable about people & us, we can see it very easily, as it's our dominant nature or behaviour.
    They believe in something much larger than life/ego & can give up life in a blink of an eye. Like Chandra Shekhar Azad.
    Low character people only think about their fayda & nuksan, not concerned about others at all.
    Character develops from courage & inner strength.
    When you read a book it's like a knitting(bunai) of a brain, strengthening the brain cell, each thread gets stronger.
    Strength comes from quality of thoughts & it's repeatation. And from it comes character. And finally life.
    If you want to chage then-
    Refine coarse (neg) emotions
    Embibe soft(pos) emotions
    A man is made of thoughts
    You have to see the quality of your primary thoughts & distinguish. And keep thoughts inline with your goals.
    To change your likes and dislikes means you are revaluating this world in a new way.
    Fool person discuss about people
    Wise person discuss ideas 💡
    Character is built consciously not by any accident.
    Steve jobs was not a software engineer or a coder, but then his engineer brought pc to him, we just to see pixels by some maginfy glass or open the machine to see is it still beautiful. When his engineer brought thick phone to him, he told them to chip its thickness down, but they said there is no space for that, so he put phone into the water, bubbles come up, so he told, see that means there is space, go please work on it.
    Steve jobs is a epitome of a character, just like Krishna.
    For this you need to be aware of which thought/emotions are coming again & again, compulsive & replace them consciously.
    You will have best things of this world if you have strong & good character. Which supports you even if you are at the lowest. Like Steve jobs was fired from his own company but later they let him again.
    Your behaviour comes from your character only.
    Ask yourself Who Am i, what character do you have & it's qualities?
    Are you proud of it, happy about it?
    If no, then why not, what's wrong with your character & how are you going about to improve it?
    Everyone wants to be big, but do you have character or thoughts to sustain that success or that company?
    Krishna gave whole Gita coz he was from Divine consciousness. Epitome of spiritual character.
    Strength of a chain id decided by it's weakest link, so that's where you need to focus your attention & make it strongest.
    Whatever you want to become, you have to ask yourself what kind of thoughts & emotions you want & for how much time.
    1.Effect producing cause
    2.One pointedness for long time
    If it's not the case then you will take a thing & leave it after some days by getting bored & them take another. And get submerged in nasha, ignorance, like chugging on tv series, unhealthy food, sex, day dreaming.
    So be aware of
    Thoughts
    Primary emotions
    Things you are repeating
    Accept, Understand & replace them.
