Hope you are okay 😥 You would usually get whiplash when you bounce on your back and have your head lifted. The whiplash is created because your body bounces up as your head is still falling down. To avoid this, try to keep your head in a neutral position so your head and back hit the trampoline at the same time. This way your body bounces up all together instead of in segments. Hope that helps
