Just what I was testing. I connected my maschine mikro as a plugin inside Bitwig and sync with traktor. I don´t have X1 or similar, just an Akai APC Mini well configured as controller manager. Thank for your videos NI
I personally don't think the Z2 MK2 will ever come out. NI lost DJ Craze due to frustration over NI's direction of traktor and their hardware...where's DJ Shiftee, or Rafik? The poster boys for NI scratch mixer after Craze left.
Can u show us how Richie Hawtin Setup works? In the past he work with Maschine too not only with the push or the novation launchpad. And how works the Ableton live Routing to traktor and the integration of psp42 effect
Would be good to know if the F1 is needed over the Maschine just because of using Remix decks. Otherwise, wouldn't the Maschine do what the F1 does? Am I missing something?

Do you do this plugging the Traktor audio outputs to the Maschine / Maschine plus audio inputs ? This is a way to work. But only via software how can I apply effects in Maschine / Maschine plus to the sound coming from Traktor ? Is it possible via software with such an audio routing internal to the computer to connect theTraktor audio outputs to the Maschine audio inputs ? Thanks!

@NativeInstruments Can someone explain how he has designated A/B channels on the mixer and no inputs directly connected ?? Is it just from the USB-B then routed through Traktor settings???
What's your approach for incorporating a vocal sample into a mix when its length is longer than one bar, but you're uncertain whether it spans four or eight bars (during live performance if you want to be quick on your feet)? What would you recommend as the best practice in such cases?
@@NativeInstruments I use Traktor for decade. Is the father of the other software. I’m mix every type of generes , manipulate the key in real time but there is only thing traktor need . Flexible beat grid. Is a Pain warping some track with Ableton.. or Rekorbox ( 90% the software analyze very well but some traks sometimes need an huge adjustment😅)
@@NativeInstruments yes but is the only thing traktor need to adjourn I m mixing whit my s4 mk3 and is Amazing.. time stretching algorithm is fantastic ( or pitch n time) .. of course sometimes i m use stem files customizing the track whit the new Version of stems whithout passing to Ableton.. but is a question to personal preference.. If you are working to flexible beat grid this software is the King .. I m mix dance / house early techno from 90 ‘s but sometimes the analysis is not correct
Boris could you also show us how to bring Maschine and Komplete together into one arragement. I was struggling there and i bought Ableton Standard. But the setup is not so intuitive.... i i guess lot of people would love to see best practices how to route properly...
Yes, yes yes, for example How to setup for using maschine in chords mode simultanesly with komplete kontrol s61 in solo mode. Once did it by accident so its possible & handfull. You can play both hands as the quartet
@@sleeperbeast_dj its a bit of a shame that Native Instruments doesnt even provide a template for the Maschine+. I still dont understand why. The integration into a DAW is just horrible and i dont know why no-one cares for this, although they build hardware over and over with outstanding quality, while such a basic thing is still kinda science.
@@A1exThomas it can and you can. But you need a very expensive computer. Splitting over multiple computers means less CPU more stable and can have more complexity
Hi Boris, How could I use my Maschine as a super Kontrol F1? I have an F1 but want more control over each sound slot, and figure I have a Maschine MK3 and maybe this could be used in a performance context?
Boris is cool… but who cares about this additional add ins… if you play a dj set,…do you have time for this one shot mash-up or short clap loops? Personally I think it’s just too much and Iam focused on my set (and have ableton for this magic 🪄) Traktor as a vst plug-in would be nice! (I know “Link” is cool but VST would be better)
Why not produce this content when the new Traktor and Maschine updates are out? Use the budget to hire a new Traktor dwveloper for christ sake. Classic priorities from NI

I use two machines and Traktor on 3 different computers all synced to master clock using RTP midi.
Imagine if Maschine could run in multi-instance concurrent mode, then on the one computer you could have all three instances.

@@anaphylastiks I managed to run multiple instances of Maschine within VCV Rack. Connecting all the wires to the mixer module is pretty hellish.
