As a cosplayer myself, my favorite place to lashes is Rude Cosmetics and Boldface! Rude Cosmetics has a great variety of both small and large lashes, and are pretty good for beginners. Personally, I prefer a very large lash so Boldface is my go to! A mega huge lash can really help pull my costumes together sometimes! I just noticed that you mentioned you couldn't find many lash websites, so I hope this helps!
As someone who never wears makeup, even the most basic of makeup tutorials look complicated to me. It blows my mind that some people do this everyday as part of their routine care.

I never wears makeup, only for cosplay. I can't do even a good eye makeup, everything what I'm doing it's turning into disaster and it's ugly... It's making me frustrated because I'm cosplaying since 2 years? And still I can't do good looking makeup. Ugh

I only wear makeup for special occasions but I’m not allowed to own any palettes, so my sister does it for me. I’m 13 and trying to get into cosplay and came to the revelation that I needed makeup. I’m so confused and don’t even have actual makeup brushes. I’m using my watercolor brush to apply everything, and all I have is a blush palette.
I love watching other cosplayers do their basic makeup looks because they’re always so different and custom.

I'm trying to do a Bootte cosplay and Sailor pluto, this will be helpful for me since I'm starting and I want to practice to get the basic
I had other beauty blenders in the past. cleaning them was easy, drying them not. if they stayed wet for too long, they got moldy 🙃 so any cleaning tips are appreciated. I only use brushes since the mold-incident
and yes, the eye socket-skull-feeling while doing make-up. the area around my eye socket always hurts during my migraines so I have double the fun 😂
also my personal tip for colourful eyebrows: use white mascara as a base 🙏 my brows are kinda dark so light eyeshadow colours aren't visible if I put them on directly

Yes! You just need a darker foundation, contour and highlighter. 😊

A little tip, you should probably use a warmer not white highlight because it's a little distracting and washes you out. Also I stopped wearing foundation and concealer a year or 2 ago and use a tinted moisturizer instead because of how cakey I looked all the time no matter what I tried.
What white eyeliner do you use? I’ve tried several and they barely put anything out and I end up really hurting my waterline trying to get some on there.

my favorite products is the mark fit me for a liquid foundation to appli with a brush, porcelain shade,i use this since 3 years now,for a eye liner i use liquid because i dont able to use a pencil,i'm really bad for manipulate it.
