why would anyone want him when you can have some 16yr old CIS pub god for 6.9% of rtz's salary that is 10x better. hes just not good anymore. if EG/SR kicked him and kept nightfall pos1 this team would be a legit contender

That just how things go, not only in esports but in normal sports as well, players reach their prime and are worn down by the constant competition and fall off, and then new faces appear to join the competition. Not many can still perform well after their prime passed, some just move on. To enjoy any competitive esports or sport, the viewer also has to move on to root for new players, and find new talents that pique your interest.

Willow should not be a carry. She is a mid lane at best. That risk was not worth the reward.
