Not telling you how to parent nothing just want to say my lil brother being overweight as a kid really hurt his childhood he was made fun of and before he was old enough lost confidence to ever even talk to a girl or try to make friends and my OG always blamed herself for not doing everything she could to help him lose weight (she was a great mom and wanted to see her kids happy and food made him happy) but in the long run it hurt her and him. Just something to think about. You can make losing weight fun for them and change their habits while theyâre brain is still developing so it doesnât become a life long habit or struggle. God bless.
