I like this hybrid idea, feels much more normal as compared to that one fully edited and narrated one, but still enough that's entertaining while still feeling real

Tip: If anyone ever makes a plug-in like this and you have unlimited time, I can almost guarantee they didn’t think about thorns on armor. Put armor with thorns on an armor stand, and punch it a bunch.

jungle temples have naturally spawning redstone and tripwires so you can replace the arrow traps with pistons to push blocks into yourself
two things:
1. It's possible to make someone unable to die by setting the "invulnerable" flag to 1 in their player file (or the level.dat file if you're on singleplayer)
2. Did you remember that Ender Pearls deal damage upon use?
In the introduction he literally says ender pears also don’t do damage 0:57

The prevention measures that were used were overcomplicated because a lot of deaths can be prevented with ganerules

There are gamerules that disable drowning, fire, and fall damage. Tweak drowning to include all suffocation. Make the entity cramming amount an absurd number, so he gives up trying to reach it. Make all entities passive. Make the void be covered by Bedrock in every dimension. Make all explosions and thorns heal, instead of hurt
