Folks who say he needs manual transmission fluids, where do you'll get this incorrect information? Do you'll check your manuals? ATF is the required fluid for this vehicle. Gear oil is for 80s trucks.

Keep up the fantastic work buddy, I was wondering if you are open to doing any product review that related to Auto led lighting. I would like to reach out to you, but I didn’t find any available info on your page to contact,so I write here. Is there a way to contact you for offering further details.

Just noticed you used automatic trans fluid. It has a lower viscosity than manual trans fluid and atf tends to foam up. Manual trans fluid is part trans fluid, part hydraulic fluid. Not good but i guess better than what came out of there.

      The manufacturer requires ATF.

Yes but how do you actually check the level

Until fluid starts overflowing out of the fill hole. You should also make sure the vehicle is level.

@kevinwhitehead1111 Should you be doing this while the Truck is cool? I’ve seen things saying Truck should be warm?

Transmission fluid expands when hot, so impossible to check proper level when expanded. Check when cold. @@CurlsOG420

@@CurlsOG420 id refer to the manual for the vehicle in question, but for the most part hot or cold is irrelevant. Temp only changes the volume via COE so much anyway, and assuming the car hasnt had fluid in it for some time theres no way to heat it really.
Breather tube should accomodate for any expansion, and its not likely to hydrolock like an engine block if slightly over filled. Which isnt necessarily possible with the fill cap open.
