What’s the best way to dry them if they don’t have flat edges where they stand up. And they’re loose not attached to anything?

Hi Kim. When I have to dry them like that I lay something down on the floor (like a drop cloth) and lean them up against something like a chair or railing. I try to leave one side at the top unpainted so I can lean them and then when they are dry I paint that small spot.

Hi Tony, yes it does. You can apply it like this with any kind. If the paint is latex paint, apply thin layers and do it several times. It will keep it from dripping.
