    Too fast for my blood! Love the silver sky but waaay too much treble/bright-dial it back warmer, esp on this song. 50 a stream? Not a chance. Btw "black peter jam" was the scratch in set 1 last nites show

      No a stuck-up Grateful Dead fan who saw the real thing 150 times and knows better. Not a phish fan at all although I saw them play in a bar in 1990 for about 150 people. They played vacuum cleaners and jumped on trampolines. I never saw them again.

      @@rwferr2 yeah I saw the real dead a bunch too but for me this is my first chance to go see anything dead related in a long time. Is it as good? No. But I’m going to several shows one last time so I’m staying positive. Agreed about phish, saw them several times in the 90’s…. Mediocre repetitive jams with bad song writing and a stuck up fan base.

      @@gildad2000 Thanks for being honest.."Are they as good? No." phish sounds terrible! I'm glad I never saw them. There were too many great jazz, bluegrass, etc. bands to see.

    I swear they don't have the mikes turned on for mickey's drum set.......that is because he sounds horrible when he plays......I don't know of any drummer who plays tom toms with brushes??????????????? So mickey can't play, bill is sloppy, otiel plays so soft you can't hear him, bob's rhythm guitar playing sounds empty and hollow, Jeff is decent and John plays good, but his guitar tone sucks when he plays that silver sky.......

      Were the tickets free? This band is embarrassing. Did any of these guys pass the audition? Is that the same song again? Are they all deaf? The guy on guitar has to wear headphones, so...

      @samiam7342 Před 2 lety +1

      @@namcat53 no, the tickets are not free, they have charged well over 200 million in ticket charges since they started touring, none passed the audition, its the same song every night, 3 of them are deaf and Mayer has to wear headphones to block out bob's abysmal guitar playing............

      @@samiam7342That is funny. I don't like beating a dead horse, but C'mon...nobody close to them said "You guys need to practice, play much better or you'll be embarrassing."?? The last last time I checked, The Who sounded pretty darn great without Keith and John. Paul McCartney sounds amazing without The Beatles. I never thought I'd say these guys suck. It's their choice. I'm glad to have seen them since 1971 until it got to be...well, not so good. We have ALL those tapes to listen to and so many other much better music groups instead. C'est la vie!

      @@namcat53 I know I'm hard on them and I really don't want to be....ive been listening to the dead since 1987 and I have many fond memories from when the they played much better....I have to accept that they are much much much much older now and can't play even remotely close to the way they used to....that's just life.....I am grateful (no pun) for Mayer who is amazing on the guitar......by the way, Simon Phillips was incredible when he played with The Who - 1989 American Tour, I was there when they played Philly! Have a great weekend buddy! :)

      @@samiam7342 You have every right to be critical; they deserve it. Most musicians are smart enough to hang it up way before they become mediocre. I'm lucky I first saw the Grateful Dead in 1971..they played for free at my university (American U.) in '72! and the Who in '73, not to mention every other major band around that time that came by D.C. jazz, bluegrass, etc. I'm sure you've seen the Who in Hyde Park video. What a band. Yeah, we have all those tapes. Check out Sugarmegs an amazing free archive of live music. it's dangerous! Like Frank Zappa says, music is the best. All the best, pal!
