Most of the people on this list never took an IQ test, all baseless speculation.
For almost all of them the IQs are just guesses. Einstein would be much closer to the top than just random people who took some random IQ tests.

An IQ of 125 is still strongly above average. About 5% of the population. Your little example isn't evidence against IQ testing. You haven't actually shown an average person or even a bellow average person could do what he did.
Find me someone a recorded IQ of 90 and lets see if he can even begin to comprehend Feynman's equations.

@@twopieceshippudden9850 That's about .6 standard deviations. That means you and your sister are still intellectually close enough that any discussions would not be one sided.
So there is this theory (it's not shown to be fact right now) which states that people with an IQ difference of less than 15 points can easily communicate. It also states that any communication is likely to be more one sided if the difference is 16-30 points and communication begins to break down at over 30 points or two standard deviations. This means a difference of 9 points doesn't really matter too much.
Someone at 130 could out do someone at 140 if they spent an hour or two more time studying. The 130 guy can more or less easily do this because both or their learning velocities are relative (they learn about as fast). Could someone at 100 out do an individual at 145 (the bare minimum to be considered a genius)? Unless the genius was really lazy, most likely not. This because is the genius has such a higher learning velocity that our underdog cannot really close the gap. Most people have to go through a tedious process to learn maths while people with outlier high IQs could more or less just read how an equation works, that's more or less it.
