I think whether the ZX games should be included depends on what your definition of a 'Metroidvania' is. I agree that both are excellent, though.

@@sjake8308 my definition about metroidvania is, you should go back and forth, you should open the new path with a spesific weapon/item, you can see whole map in the first place and the last place, discover a secret place to get a special item, and of course there is should be a 2d platformer, and megaman zx has got that all😆
