Its a perk in the 4/20 game mode that he’s playing you get enhanced vision, super speed, fast reload, and double loot

You can see the perks on the bottom of the screen colored. The eye colored red is what makes him see the opponents outlined in red. Basically it’s death perception for Warzone.
