This is not my type of context whatsoever but I’ve really enjoyed watching you challenge yourself and make all of these meals. Not only is it super impressive but also I love to see you light up and thrive!
Jordy gives honest with very lovingly opinions of his tone of voice. He loves what you’re doing & respects the fact that you truly do want an opinion & advice on how to improve. Thats a great husband! ❤ I’m so glad your not the type of CZcamsr who get freaked or persuaded Not to do these videos just because they’re not high ticket videos for you YET 😊 Thank You from the bottom of my heart for doing these for us!
I can’t tell you how much I love these videos!!!! I went through a really sad divorce about two years ago and remember driving home from work at the beginning so upset not knowing how I was going to cook for just myself or eat alone and now it’s become one of my favorite little things to make myself affordable but fancy plates. These give me tons of ideas! ☺️ I’d love another Trader Joe’s one that is maybe garden party themed. 🥗🌺 Interested in more grilled items too!
I'm obsessed with the little "cheers" you guys do with your forks before each course ❤️ the love and respect you have for each other radiates whatever we get to see you on camera with each other❤
Italian here 🙋🏽♀️…..polenta is traditionally peasant food in Italy…kind of like rice in most other parts of the world. Just FYI. Gave me a chuckle when you said polenta is elevated 😉. Fun video, I enjoy being inspired by your food content! Your plating game is getting real good!
OMG I enjoy these videos and love that you include your hubby, but this one was out of this world when you added the older couple commercial that made me laugh to the bones!! Thanks!!
So Excited for this VIDEO!!! It made me sad that these videos don’t do well for you. I hope one day these are a big hit for you to do because it’s so different and unique. And you do them so well
I love this series so stinking much! I love that you’re doing something that brings you so much joy. I especially loved you challenging yourself, you truly are a talented and such a courageous young woman (ie.as I’m reading some of the tough “constructive” critical comments). What truly makes you such a special CZcamsr is that you grow as you go! You’re not waiting to be perfect before showing up. Be encouraged sweet Michel. Love you guys and can’t wait for the next dinner! ❤
Winging it is awesome! Also, this video actually does help me with meal ideas because watching you plan the meals helped me understand how to combine ingredients for the ideal balance of flavors and textures. Love it!
I’m obsessed with this series. Especially seeing the whole process of you collecting the ingredients to plating and tasting. Makes me want to try some of these!
I am sending this to my sister who is eating Gluten free. The concept of elevated on a budget sparks ideas for using different ingredients in every day dishes. You are on to something!😊
Please keep making this series! I've tried to search "how to cook/plate fine dining" soo many times to no avail. I really believe you've hit a unique niche that is educational as it is interesting I know you mentioned in your previous video that it's not profitable due to the high cost of ingredients (Totally understandable), but I believe these $25 pp budget challenges can really help keep the costs down! AND it also makes it more accessible for many of your viewers :) also, LOVE trader joe's! Your talent and creativity is amazing Michel. Keep going
This was my favorite episode of the series so far. I got excited to watch when I saw this was a budget friendly episode, loved that you shopped at Trader Joe’s and bought basic ingredients but though about how to elevate them, and found the episode really engaging. Plus, incorporating Jordy’s constructive feedback was fun.
Love watching you do these because you are clearly so passionate about this! Also enjoy seeing Jordy taste and give his feedback on your final product.
As someone who has a very limited palette, textures and other reasons, I absolutely love this content! Please keep doing these because you love them. Your audience will fluctuate but once you start making the content you love the right people will come to your channel! Also so glad you found someone who is so supportive of you and your passions!
I love love love love love this!!!!!! Just the fact that this is based on TJ’s makes me feel like I can do it too??? Like this is so inspiring and so much fun. Thank you!!!!!!❤❤❤
Michel I just love this type of content. The way that you are able to take the ingredients and add your own flare to the meals. You really add elegance to the meals. I love how Jordy gives his honest opinion and offers suggestions to you. You can tell he loves that your doing what makes you happy and he is so supportive of you. Your doing a great job!
Love the series! I can totally see how much you love these challenges and trying new things. Commenting to support and get this content out to more people, because it's amazing! ☺️
This one is my favorite for many reasons: first, it's Trader Joe's and I shop there all the time; it's easy to simplify for one person; it looks elevated bit realistic too! I think I could do this...Thanks, Michel! A winner, for sure!!!🍄🧀🏵
I also enjoy cooking. I'm probably not as passionate about it as you are, but I do enjoy it. There's just something so satisfying about putting so much work into a dish, then for it to come out SOOO good. I once heard someone say, "it's such a rip off to spend hours preparing and cooking a meal for it then to only be consumed in 10 minutes." But I disagree. The payoff is not in how much time it takes to consume it, but in how much you enjoyed the experience of eating it. It's worth it to take hours to make a homemade meal that tastes SOOO good. I'd like to offer a challenge for you, if you don't mind: Maybe you could make a dish with flavors that seem like they wouldn't go together, but somehow work great together.
I just have to say, I LOVE this series you’re doing! I love to cook and bake too (lol, I’m also a fellow foodie girl with serious dietary restrictions), and these videos have been so fun to watch! Today’s was an awesome concept too! Keep it up girl! ✨✨✨
This is my favorite from this series so far. While the other ones have been entertaining and I've enjoyed watching them, the cooking & recipes aspect seemed out of my reach skill wise and budget wise. This variation could be repeatable or at least gives ideas for date night in instead of a very expensive dinner out. I hope you continue doing this version again cause I'd love to see more!
I have no clue about michelin dining, and like what "style" comes with that, but I had the idea that something like "BBQ but make it fine dining" and then try to make a fancy meal out of typical BBQ foods, or something to that extent. So like "blank" but make it fancy? Just spitballing here! But I love these vids Michel, as a non-foodie, you make it seriously so fun, and I get so invested!
I love your new series Michel! Your cooking skills are the best! We live and learn and thrive to make it better! You do an amazing Michelin Possible! ❤️
Love this series! One can truly feel your passion for the whole subject of dining: not only the cooking, but plating, atmosphere, the feelings some flavors/textures can bring and all the other sensory aspects. So much respect from my side for you!!! And honestly, I’m always amazed how effortless you make it look 😅.
I don’t usually comment on videos but I wanna let you know I’ve been loving this series! You should do an episode “chopped” style. You can have Jordy pick l 5 random ingredients and then you have to include them in the dishes you make!
I love watching you grow and find yourself. They way you talk to the camera when doing the MichelinPossible series is wonderful, so engaging. from Western Australia xxx
Ahh Michel!! I love this so much and I am so obsessed with your content. Thank you for making these videos that I absolutely love and I can’t wait for more!! They are always so entertaining and I can’t wait to see what you learn at culinary school. Thank you for always showing up for us and I am so inspired by you. Ilysm and I hope you’re having an amazing day 💕
I have to admit, initially this new series was not my favourite. But I truly enjoyed this video. I like that you taste and discuss after each course. Your lemon tree is amazing and I thought it was pretty cool you showing how you are incorporating items from your garden
I don't cook at all, but I find watching you do what you love a relaxing experience. I'm a creative person, but in a completely different art form so it's fun to see you create something from what seems to me like a bunch of random ingredients (that I can hardly identify) and create something magical. Jordy is a very lucky man! I'm pretty sure my husband would love it if cooking clever dishes from scratch was MY creative outlet.
I love watching these even if it was something Iwould not eat. I learn something new everytime. Please keep these. I really like how you tried to incorporate a flavor in every dish. I think it would be fun to have this same idea of a $50 limit, but have someone, like Jordy give you a secret ingredient half way thru 😉 😂
I absolutely love watching this content! As someone who is extremely picky and wishes she wasnt i love watching people make and eat things that i myself could not stand to it lol. plus i absolutely love any video you make (:
This was my favorite from this series! I loved that you went to the store without much of a plan and just got creative! Price point is realistic! Love seeing Jordy play a part in the tastings also :)
Michel, I can't believe you put in that clip of the older couple saying "buttery, flakey crust" 😂😂 Earlier in the video, when you said the word 'flakey', I immediately thought of that funny commercial. Love it!
I s series SOOO MUCH!!!!! It gives me ideas and pulls me out of my comfort zone to try new types of food and flavor combinations . Thank you for taking us along. ❤❤❤❤❤ Everything looks SOOO DELICIOUS!!! Jordy is so supportive with his constructive critiques.
I really, really like this series. This one was especially fun; just think of how much you are spreading your "chef-y" wings! I think you were too hard on yourself with the meat course, though. Once you got it plated up, it looked so delicious! What's really Fin about this is how much fun you seem to be having, and how natural all of this seems for you. This could be a calling, ya know? Thanks for taking us along on this fun ride. 😊
I dislike cooking so much but love to watch cooking content. I’m in awe of people that can go to the grocery store with no plan/recipe and walk out with all this goodness.
I thoroughly enjoy these videos! I don’t cook much anymore but I find them relaxing, beautiful and informative 🥰 I’m sure I’ve said it before, I don’t care what you’re doing or if it pertains to things in my life, I look forward to all your content because of you ❤
This is not my type of context whatsoever but I’ve really enjoyed watching you challenge yourself and make all of these meals. Not only is it super impressive but also I love to see you light up and thrive!
Awee this is so sweet thank you Paige!!🫶🏼
Jordy gives honest with very lovingly opinions of his tone of voice. He loves what you’re doing & respects the fact that you truly do want an opinion & advice on how to improve. Thats a great husband! ❤

I totally agree. His honest (but kind) feedback makes it even more fun to watch 💕
Yes. This. 🤍

I am so sorry friend, thank you for sharing your story with me!! I am so thankful you are here!! That idea sounds so fun!!🫶🏼🫶🏼

Fun video, I enjoy being inspired by your food content!
Your plating game is getting real good!
I did not know this! The only time I have had it was at Fogo and that is over $50 a meal so i thought it was fancy 😅 😂😂😂
What a great video. My fav of all your Michelin Possible videos. Felt most relatable. Loved the realistic budget and just Jordy and the chef❤❤
Yay I am so glad!!🤍🤍
I also agree with this comment. I was thinking that the portions actually seem more realistic & filling, instead of what I’d call “tastes”.
OMG I enjoy these videos and love that you include your hubby, but this one was out of this world when you added the older couple commercial that made me laugh to the bones!! Thanks!!
PRO CHEF TIP: Don’t ever cook with a wine that you would not drink. Never use any product that is labeled "cooking wine." Great video. Thanks.
So Excited for this VIDEO!!! It made me sad that these videos don’t do well for you. I hope one day these are a big hit for you to do because it’s so different and unique. And you do them so well
Awee thank you Jennifer 🫶🏼🤍

New to your channel and really enjoyed the MichelinPossible, great video. I’m impressed how you’re able to create dishes/recipes on the fly
I’m genuinely addicted to this new series of videos!!!
🤍🤍🤍

LOVE your cooking videos!!! Please keep doing them!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You're so creative. I'm enjoying this series so
much.
Michelin doesn’t necessarily equal fancy. Food trucks and BBQ joints get Michelin stars so it’s not always so “elevated.” The focus is on the quality.
this is my favorite one yet. I love watching you plan kinda on a whim. more of this!!!
Love this series so much
Looooooved how accessible this was!! Super inspiring and feels like something I could try at home, too!!!
I love love love love love this!!!!!! Just the fact that this is based on TJ’s makes me feel like I can do it too??? Like this is so inspiring and so much fun. Thank you!!!!!!❤❤❤
I would love 1 episode where you have to cook with a mystery basket of food items.. ( that jordy picks)😉😅
I AM LITERALLY FILMING THAT RIGHT NOW😍😍😍😍😍 great minds think alike. I’m half way through and it’s pretty hilarious hahahaha. Coming 7/17!
I LOVE that idea!!

YAY IT’S HERE!!! 🎉❤ so excited to watch this
I love Jordy coming through with actual constructive thoughts on the dishes❤️❤️❤️ I love how he listens and supports s you!
Loved this episode! You are so talented & your creativity inspires me! ❤ I enjoy the culinary content so much 😊
This series is my favorite thing about your channel! Well done!
Ohhh maybe a touch of gooseberry puree atop the pork!
Ooo that sounds yummy!
I love these videos! Everything looked delicious!
This was cool! And it all looked great! Thanks for being so inspiring, Michel!!
Love this series!
This one is my favorite for many reasons: first, it's Trader Joe's and I shop there all the time; it's easy to simplify for one person; it looks elevated bit realistic too!
I think I could do this...Thanks, Michel! A winner, for sure!!!🍄🧀🏵
I love this idea!! Michelin on a budget is such a vibe. And I love seeing how creative you get with food!! It’s very inspiring to me
Not sure if anyone every told you, but it’s not maRscapone. It’s mascaRpone 😅😂 Love this series btw, you did a great job! ❤️
I love this series Michel! It has really inspired me to start cooking nice meals again! 😊
This is so sweet!!🫶🏼

It was an incredible episode! The last dish looked elevated and fancy in my opinion. You did a great job Michel!
This is my favorite from this series so far. This variation could be repeatable or at least gives ideas for date night in instead of a very expensive dinner out. I hope you continue doing this version again cause I'd love to see more!
Love these videos!! I need all the recipe ideas I can get these days.
A tip: you can pickle nasturtium seeds and use them like capers! They’re often called ‘poor man’s capers’ but they’re really nice!
I have no clue about michelin dining, and like what "style" comes with that, but I had the idea that something like "BBQ but make it fine dining" and then try to make a fancy meal out of typical BBQ foods, or something to that extent. I love and I mean love watching you eat each segment right after you make it. It’s an ingenious presentation
I love your new series Michel! Your cooking skills are the best! We live and learn and thrive to make it better! You do an amazing Michelin Possible! ❤️
That was fun…3 courses was easy to follow. I liked the budget challenge and everything looked delicious!
I love this! You motivate me to step back into the kitchen ❤️
Yayyy🤍🤍🤍
My favorite series ❤ Love you!
So sweet friend!!🤍🤍
You did a great job within the price point you set for yourself. I’m really enjoying this series.
Love this video!! Hopefully we see more of it ❤
your videos (no matter what the theme) are literally my happy place💛
Love this series! This was a fantastic idea for this series, making it more accessible for everyone.
I love watching Michel and I love watching Food Network… win win 🎉 Love the new series ❤
I don’t usually comment on videos but I wanna let you know I’ve been loving this series! You should do an episode “chopped” style. You can have Jordy pick l 5 random ingredients and then you have to include them in the dishes you make!
I love that you edited the tasting to be between making the meals great job 👏
omg I'm so excited for this series

Love this! You have inspired me to go create in the kitchen❤
Enjoyed watching this.
Yay!! I love watching these 😊
you should do more of these food challenge videos, or cooking videos in general. This is great stuff!
Super fun watching you create yummy food!
I have to admit, initially this new series was not my favourite. But I truly enjoyed this video. I like that you taste and discuss after each course. Your lemon tree is amazing and I thought it was pretty cool you showing how you are incorporating items from your garden
I LOVE the tastings with Jordy
I don’t even like to cook but love to watch you do it!
Yes!!! Just the thing to cheer me up
Thank you!!!

Do some lamb filets which will be a 70s meal I remember. It was called lamb florentine pounded thin lamb with spinach and a mornay or bechamel sauce 😘
Love this series! Keep it up 💛☀️
Cooking along with you today (not what you're cooking haha). Totally envious of your amount of nasturtiums! You can eat their leaves, too!
I love to watch these MichelinPossible videos! You inspire me!
Awee Yayy🥰🫶🏼
yeah!! love these
I love this series!!!
I absolutely LOVE this series. You make me want to try and I’m not a good cook lol
Michel, I can't believe you put in that clip of the older couple saying "buttery, flakey crust" 😂😂 Earlier in the video, when you said the word 'flakey', I immediately thought of that funny commercial. Love it!
Really enjoyed this! What about cuisine focused episodes? Love watching these!
I love the idea of a budget Michelin meal!
I love this series! I don't have a preference if it's live talking or a voice over. So fun to watch.
I love how supportive Jordy is 🥺
personally love this series!
I really love these videos. ♡
