Hey guys, in a previous video, I showed you the 27 nakshatras or lunar stations carved in the ancient temple of tirupperunturai. In this video, I want to go into other details connected to them. Right next to these star systems, you can see many strange Gods. Who are they? Let us take a closer look, this one is Chandra, the moon God and according to Vedic texts, moon god is male, and he is married to these 27 lunar stations. This story sounds strange and meaningless - the moon married to 27 nakshatras? Doesn’t make any sense right? No, why are there 27 nakshatras? Why not divide the sky into 25 or 50 different segments, right? The 27 nakshatras represent the 27 days taken by the moon to revolve around the earth. So the moon spends one day with each nakshatra every month, that is every sidereal month or 27 days. This is what is symbolically meant when Indian texts say the moon is married to the 27 nakshatras.
If the moon is carved on this side of the nakshatras, what would be carved on the other side? That’s right, the sun God or Surya. This is an unusual depiction by the way, he is not shown in a chariot with 7 horses. And yet another interesting detail, he is barefoot, you can see the anklets in his legs, and also see his toes. Very different from the Sun Gods shown in North India. For example, in Modhera Sun Temple you saw that the Sun God was wearing gum boots, with a long neck. This is a stark contrast to that.
And here is is a rare carving holding a bow and arrow. Guess who this is? This is planet Mercury known as Budha in Sanskrit and Tamil languages. Above this carving there is a small inscription confirming that this is planet mercury.
And here is another carving, what does this God represent? He is shown with three different weapons, a trident, a vajra and a spear. He represents planet mars. He is called Mangala in Sanskrit, and Chevvai in Tamil Language. These are rare carvings, you don’t see large carvings of planets and celestial bodies in temples, you will usually see them as small idols grouped together, but what you are looking at is very rare.
But in this video, I want to show you something esoteric. Look at what is carved above Mars. What is that? It looks like a crescent with a small circle inside the crescent, and inside that circle, there is a face carved. You can see the eyes, nose and mouth and even see the dot on the forehead. This is a secret symbol associated with mars. In this temple, there are many strange hidden details. Above, every heavenly body, you can see a symbol carved.
Let us look at the top of the Sun, again you can see a strange pattern. It looks like a complex knot made inside some device. I mean look at the complexity of the string, it is brilliant. How is this symbol connected to the Sun? What is the meaning of it?
If you look on top of the moon, a mysterious bird with fancy feathers is seen. What bird is it? How is it connected to the moon? On top of mercury, we can see this pattern. What do these symbols mean? How is each symbol connected to the corresponding heavenly body below?

There is nothing wrong in this sakib. But you should understand that praveen uses only pseudoscience to describe these things. I am not demeaning these hindu architecture, but praveen's pseudoscitific explanation itself demeans the hardwork done by ancient hindus.

I am an Indigenous American lady from the Midwest of the US, from Central Minnesota, to be exact. I see many similarities between my tribe, the Ojibwe, and that of the people of the Indian subcontinent. Big thank you for opening the eyes of the people who are not from the Indian subcontinent.
Interestingly, in Ramayana Sugriva sent army all over world to search Sita and one such army reaches South America (North America and norther Europe was under ice cover at that time). I saw a video recently where they found the skeletal remains of a woman in Mexico, she appeared to have a lot of resemblance to people of the Indian subcontinent, and the conclusion was that Indians and the indigenous people of America and Mexico had a common ancestor. Apparently, ancient Indians were very good shipbuilders and traveled by ship to various parts of the world.

My religion is to the entity that was first. Im not sure ANYONE has a pure form of defining realistic religion. I'm going with Jesus because im reincarnated and have met him. From my standpoint, it’s remarkably simple to see the connections. It’s funny how the Math gets in the way sometimes, because I’m fairly dyslexic, but I can understand it from the spiritual perspective at least. That’s where Intuition comes into play, I suppose.

@@Talejubhawani3 if he is not disclosing it for security reasons then I'll very much support that because invaders have destroyed our temples and even now lovers of such invaders do exist in our country. Now if Praveen ji discloses the knowledge then someone may try to destroy it and we can't guard every temple. He himself has admitted in his podcast with Ranveer Allahabadia that he has disclosed just 1% of knowledge he has gathered from our temples.
Maybe he is leaving up to us to decode the meaning of such symbols.

Fascinating to see these carvings in this temple and the whole story behind their meanings. An image can show you many stories if you know how to translate it and just getting the main tenets of the translation is barely scratching the surface...you could spend a lifetime trying to unravel the mysteries in this temple and still wouldn't cover everything!.

exactly - people fight for gods - but here in Hinduism the temples are far far beyond god - god is just part of the temple - all other details in all these temples are even more fascinating ... jaw dropping ... how many days and months and man power and planning and estimation and raw material procurement involved in building one single temple before 1000+/2000+ years ....

After seeing your video , I have visited to Thiruperudurai Temple one month ago and amazed at the carvings there. Even still traditions at this temple are on very high side and respectful also. When I had darshan of Shiva and Lamp as devi, I felt that as if I attained a place in Shaivism with no consorts like Ganapathy or Lord muruga etc all in Atma swaroopa. Till date I am able to feel the cosmic energy of temple like Tirupati temple alive in me. Thanks. Om namashivaya

It's amazing to know that various things that scientists are searching today was already discovered long back..i think the bird carved above moon is "Chakora", since it is believed that it feeds on the moonlight
the call of the cakora is mentioned in the puranas as an eerie sound.

This is absolutelt brilliant work Praveen. The temples are not simply places of Worship, they are places of Workship. The many temples make manifest the knowledge of heavens and the earth. As Above, so Below. They personify and illustrate the natural word and the cosmos. This is their purpose, to educate and provide a connection between humankind and the cosmos.
HIndus were temperamently holistic in attitude . Their mind tends to transcend/go beyond disciplinary boundaries.
Further the way Praveen explains the temples suggests that hindus were a visual civilisation. We know today , holistic ideas are communicated best through pictures/graphics.
We have to recapture that holistic vision once again . With Internet we can do that in a single generation.

Tiruperunthurai is a temple in Tamilnadu, I have casually visited this temple so many times, It is customary to pay respects to the "Navagrahas" but the ceiling is new information, We are all so busy in our practices paying visit respects to the lord that we forget the marvelous things that our ancestors did, Human beings of 21st century are useless, Imagine if our ancestors were exposed to the technology we have, they would have done wonders. Mr.Praveen must be awarded for these let alone recognised for his work by our country, recently saw his reference in the History channel's show👏👏. Keep doing this sir, this generation needs it more than anything.
To think that I have been to numerous temples in my life without understanding an iota of what it depicts. I feel so ashamed of myself that I never took the trouble to study my own heritage. I am eternally grateful to this guy for opening my eyes. I can not wait to visit each of these temples and see it all. Thank you Praveen.

5:14 That is probably the key to solving the puzzle of that temple. From the looks of that 3d circular pattern, it looks like a rotatable switch. Behind that platform is the secret to unlocking how the temple mechanism works. The platform is already telling us to unlock the platform by rotating the center switch, once unlocked then full by the chains hanging on the platform.

Its from Greece. Actually India have theirown verson of astrology but the zodiac signs are from Greece. Ancient India call Greeks the Yavana's and the documentation of greek astrology is called 'Yavana Shastra'. These combined with vedic astrology and are still practiced in India. Basically the ancient Greek astrology is followed much better than todays Greeks by Indians in their daily lives.

Greeks often visit India to study and share knowledge. India developed a culture of enlightenment thus more enlightened people more knowledge.
It’s so ancient, it obviously emanated from Bharat/India. Other civilisations and the modern west did a good job of copying it and modernising it to the knowledge of the present population
