Slain EFF councillor, Moshe Mphahlele laid to rest in Lebowakgomo

EFF councillor Moshe Mphahlele is today being laid to rest in Lebowakgomo in Limpopo.
Mphahlele was shot and killed last week during a service delivery protest in Alexandra.
The incident unfolded as police and private security personnel were trying to evict people from shelter containers in the Johannesburg township.
The city used containers and piled them on top of one another to form four-storey blocks of flats as COVID-19 shelters.
However, the containers were illegally occupied.
