When I first saw this guy pitch in a Giants uniform, I thought: "yikes...he looks like he's been on a six-month whiskey and cocaine bender."
I think now that I might have been correct.
This whole "I'm not ready to pitch yet" in late June is sad AF. He could have worked out like hell in the offseason. What a work ethic this guy has.
Farhan should be fired. He's done nothing but drag his feet looking for platoon players in the scrap heap. Giants need to sell every player over 30 and completely start over.

Yup. I got into several disagreements with so called Giants fans just because I want Ramos, Matos, Schmitt, Luciano to play a full season and give us a glimpse, but they argued that Ramos and company don’t hit in that limited time and they missed their chance. What? Like that’s how you see if they can figure it out. If these guys played a full season last year then you know what you have and fill the pieces that way.

Everybody says sell sell sell…but they only have a few players any other team would want. Farhan has wrecked this club from low A ball on up to major league and has proved he/they cannot draft well so they’d just burn any draft picks they’d get. I can’t even watch them anymore and my first memories of giant games were when Willie Mays was with them.

This season has been a disaster. Farhan dragged his feet and signed the scraps off the league's table for top money. I would say just let the kids play, but almost every single one of the players they signed is either hurt or playing poorly, so they can't even move them.

We Are Absolutely Killing Logan Webb's career - He Has The Most Quality Starts in Majors since '21- Now. And he's first or Top 3 in Every major category - But Doesn't Get the Recognition- Because are offense can't score or the bullpen gives up the Lead. He's getting "cained" 2.0
Snell is a major waste of roster spot and huge money. Maybe, just maybe this will do Farhan in. Does Snell even have a win?
Trade everyone over 30 for pitching prospects, let the kids play, fire Farhan in the offseason.

The Giants remind me of the Billy Beane A’s from year’s past.
So, Snell didn’t get anywhere near the deal he wanted in the offseason. Waited until after Spring Training began and they said, well, let’s fleece some desperate franchise, pitch like absolute garbage, get the bag, and ride off into the retirement on minimal effort. Not like he has a reputation of giving zero craps on occasion… He is laughing his way to the bank on his minimal effort, player option, guaranteed contract.
It was more his agent telling Snell not to sign earlier offered deals because he thought snell could get better offers as the season approached. That backfired on Snell and the Giants.

It was Snell's job to be ready at the beginning of the season and he failed to do so. That is on him.

The other big reason why snell is under so much pressure from the giants’ front office is because the giants have a bad record. If they were playing really well, there wouldn’t be as much pressure to get snell back. Therefore, once again, this is farhan’s fault.
Lets use this trade time to start getting ready for 2025. Go hard on Luis Roberts and Isaac Parades. Trade Conforto, Chapman and Soler for peanuts.

Snell is complaining all the way to the bank. This was an awful awful signing! The Giants are the only team who would sign him. I actually liked Farhan’s off season EXCEPT for Snell. Stop crying Snell!
