Bad luck. I still have mine till 1999 and no problems at all... Should you return to a B&O reseller you could be surprised that they can fix it for quite cheap money.
I’m no expert with B&O stuff. But speaking as an electronics engineer. It seems that your spindle and laser assembly aren’t recognizing the cds. If the system doesn’t recognize the cds, then it will think nothing is loaded. If it were my unit I would try to clean the lens. If that doesn’t work, then the spindle motor might be dead. I’m guess here but you might need a new laser assembly. Or it could be a electronic component problem that runs circuit board that controls the laser assembly and disc motor.
bonjour moi j avais le même problème je l ai résolu avec un bon coup de sèche cheveux sur la partie lecteur cd ne pas hésiter a le monter a température pas aux décapeur thermique non plus mais bien chaud quand même moi il a remarcher de suite 😃😃😃
'EXCELLENT' le séchoir à cheveux (bon, niveau chaleur, je n'ai pas tenté)...., je n'y avais pas pensé et ça fonctionne. J'avais épuisé mon aérosol pour objectif cette semaine et j'envisageais d'utiliser ma soufflette d'atelier...........

Did you ever fix it. ? You probably need to run test modes from the remote control to get it to reset things.
