Mam I love seamless look for flooring but buying 6 x 4 tiles are costly, instead can we put 4 x 2 tiles without any spacer. Will there be any problem such as dirt accumulation there.

2 by 4 its okay. But if you want to have rich look in tiles then you must have use big size tiles so that there are less number of joints visible.

Why 4×4 tiles only?? Why not 6×4, and why no joints for grout , pl clarify.
Its difficult to handle big tiles on floor as there are chances of air gap due to which it can be break easily by furniture load.
seamless look on floor can only achieve by no joints for grout
