in the video you went buttermilk to the batter to the flour, in the recipe you went buttermilk to flour to batter to flour again, LOVE the double dip. squeeze the chicken pieces to help the flour to stick, like UNCLE does, lol. now i need some Tito's. lol

That one 🐔 wing wasn't really a "control" wing. To be a proper as u say "control" wing u needed to put it in a wet batter n then flour mix like u did all the others, just sans the vodka from that batter....now that's how u do a proper test experiment, just figured I'd let you know 😉 😜 n yes, this time I'm qualified to give that correct answer 😂

You use equal parts rice flour and ap flour or potato starch. Then add your vodka. The ultimate crispy chicken 😊
