I could never wear a clothes item that shows my large belly. I'd be so embarrassed. I went from 115 to 200 lbs in a few years, health reasons. It's so hard. I can not wear shape wear. I struggle to get it up.
Oh my, could I ever break the bank on this haul!!! But I promised hubby no buying until we hit a certain financial goal he’s working on this spring! But that pink Channel-style jacket and the skirt from Aritzia just look so nice on you, and pink is one of my favorite colors! Then the first eyelet blouse is just so gorgeous! Well, I could go on and on, but you get the idea! But how I would love the pink for Easter Sunday services!!! And I already have the perfect shoes and handbag for It! Since - even after nearly 55 years of marriage! - I can say I got the perfect guy for me, I’ll keep that promise to him, Ha! But I really do love it!!! You outdid yourself on this haul!!! 😍

Im an ex-farm girl moved across the ocean to be with my husband. And I have always been too poor, or had to prioritize durable work clothes that could be covered in mud. Pair this with being petite plus size disaster!
Never ever got to really got to play with fashion and style until recently. And I am learning I really love feminine clothing, dresses and skirts with lots of movement.
I will say as someone who never really bought clothing or makeup though the prices always scare me I just need to remember its something il keep and wear for years same as my old farm girl work pants and gumboots.

I absolutely love the H&M floral cropped eyelet shirt in the blue with the scalloped edging. I bought for myself in the XL. The sleeves are a tad long on me and perhaps I could size down to the large, but it is 100% cotton, so it may shrink. It is a gorgeous piece!
I find linen or linen blend pants seem to be more flattering to those of us with large “ butts”..Some other pant materials( like rayon, polyester, etc) actually make us look larger whereas linen and linen blends do not hug these areas that are unflattering.

OMG trying to get me in trouble with more shopping. Lol. Love the white dress, blue striped skirt, because of you I bought several polo tops (instant lift to my outfits), black jersey top/ pants outfit was fire. I have NEVER had luck with any H&M pants or shoes.. as in NEVER. 😊
I've had marginal success. I shop them more for their tops, skirts, and dresses because they make such good ones at a great price point!

Have you shopped Draper James? It may not be your style, but they do carry plus size. I have a couple of their dresses in size 2X. I quite like them. The quality is good.

The pink was fabulous absolutely fab, the white tops all looked good with it, but the boat neck, those sleeves, would drive me nuts! But the pink you definitely should keep. I liked the eyelet blouses both of them and I also liked the white jeans style skirt as well as the blue cotton skirt. The black Jean with the top was a nice look on you, but the black jacket was an absolute no go for me because of the sleeves and shoulder pads. but you look so very pretty and pink!

Around here in Europe H&M has stopped with plus size collection on shops and even on line…. Everybody is complaining, it is really disappointing. They only have a couple of items size XXL and that is it…. Somebody even commented that now they have a new section for dogs but they got rid of plus sizes…😢😢😢😢😢

Spring versus long sleeves ?
Concerning clothes that don’t have pockets, if you sew you can put pockets on easily. If you don’t sew it’s possible to find someone to do it for you.
Could a larger size be better
Nice white long dress. Tight on rear. Long stripe dress still too tight in front and back, both dresses need pockets Tank top needs to be longer to cover your stomach.Light beige skirt is too tight in stomach area.Blue skirt looks nice, just makes you look larger. Pretty blouse just NOT with that skirt.Darker shirt was nice. Linen shirt is way too short, please not with that skirt. Beautiful pink jacket, very flattering . Thank you.
In my opinion it’s better not to wear fitted things around your area of concern, ie tummy, bottom, boobs I didn’t like anything so far, I am plus size and I find it flattering to disguise these areas , it doesn’t have to be a sack but not fitted, it’s not doing anyone any favours.
If I may suggest, you wear things too closely to your chin. Allow your neck to show. You’re making your head look smooshed into your body. I’m mean this positively. You have a good
Amount of class. I like it.
