Cool from mtw and 99 in Del Rey. we love Sunset! Played the Whisky before.
Played the Rainbow upstairs many times. cheers! thanks for the cool Aerosmith.
there's nothing like small venues gigs... that's where you can really get the true sense of the band
My phone would have been in my bag where it belongs and I would have totally watched 100% of the show and enjoyed every second if it.
Thats because you are old school, from a different era. Pulling out your phone at a show is normal these days, whether you are from an older generation or a newer one. Its a norm.
I tell ya.... The guy on keyboards is Gold... Great piano parts, and great vocals...
Russ Irwin is the man
as well as on acoustic guitar
@@givedrummersome Where`s Brad Whitford?
Great performance, crowd is a little mellow, but it's LA, they're typically laid back. That keyboardist is excellent vocally & on the keys. He blends with Steven perfectly!!!
This is why I love youtube, you can watch all sorts of cool live music here.I just wished Aerosmith or Slash would play some gigs anywhere near where I live.
***** I'm in Greece.
Thx Aerosmith and Live Nation! That was AWESOME!!!
Ultimate Band Girl a press writer in Hollywood was there and said Brad was out sick. Cheers!
AEROSMITH FOREVER! LONG LIVE AEROSMITH!
One of the greatest bands of all time. Aerosmith Rocks! !!!
WE WANT MORE !!!
The best live band ever
Rock & Roll
Thank you Aerosmith! I use to live a few houses away from the Whiskey a go go. My 14 year old brother parked cars there and we both got in without ID's so cool. Walked passed it everyday on my way home from school. The old school
Just love it , these ( may I
say "old" ) bands keep me
alive
Steven is one of the best
frontman of all times
THE best.
Greetings from Massachusetts and Thank You Aerosmith for keeping us on the musical map.
WOW!!! First time playing the Wisky A Go Go since 1973, what a stellar F'N performance guys & it was an extra special treat to have Slash join you up there. I can't wait for the tour later this Summer, as far as i can see there is only 1 Canadian date, please throw in some more dates and come on up to the capital here in Ottawa, Canada..... Peace!!!
Aerosmith LIVE at Whisky A Go Go
He'll yeah we need a good dose of REALRockNRoll....Canada Loves AEROSMITH and bring Slash too Oh Yeah!
Me being such a big Slash fan, seeing him up there with his heros truly makes me so happy! he pretty felt so full of joy up there!!
Playing here tomorrow night Apr 9th...holy shit i can't believe that i'll be playing the same stage as this rad band
I have seen aerosmith so many times in the 70s great need to see them again
I LOVE Aerosmith. I LOVE Slash. I NEED to see them this summer!!!!!!!!!!
Did you see them?
LA, you are always so lucky!! I hope that audience is full of the people who've been there with them since way back...and thoroughly enjoyed it for me!!
I was there, I've been a fan since I was 12. Now I'm 18! Hell of a Show!!!
I was actually hoping it was a room full of people in their mid 30's and up because of the size of the venue and that most of them have been there all along. Due to the "voice' or whatever show that was, are now into old rock bands and are a part of the reason ticket prices are selling and soaring. It's good for the band but not for the older fans that put them on the map. Loyalty is why you can hear and see them now, not because of the voice or whatever show. It's nothing personal against you, clearly you're a fun guy and you skipped school for this so at least it was for a musical endeavour. Btw, I hope you are influenced to pick up an instrument or two. Rock on and keep listening to rock n' roll. Thanks for enjoying for the show for me. :))))
Caroline Lala He was on American Idol, which sucks. Yeah it was worth skipping and I agree with what you're saying.
This was an excellent show. I LOVE Aerosmith!!

thanx so much to post ! it was F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C !
My god!!!
I remember when rock ruled the airwaves. Then 2000 came and music shit the bed. Haven't listened to the radio in years. Barf!
Gods of Rock, seen them on Nine Lives tour in Glasgow, Scotland, Tyler amazed that a mosh pit broke out during Dream On, yes we luv em that much, need em back in Scotland
Enjoyed watching.
... that was FANtastic!!
Good as always
looking forward to seeing yas Sept 12 in Cape Breton NS !!!!
I had to turn this off - It's a damn shame that the audience seems like they could care less! Seriously!!?? That's Aerosmith, you idiots!! Put your phones down and show some respect to these legends! These people are waaaay too quiet!! I saw them last August in Atlanta and they rocked the house down! And yes, I sang every song and had the time of my life!
LOL, you want to see and hear a fuckin crazy crowd ?? Go see a show they do in Massachusetts, those are our boys right there !!!! Even when Steve and Joe split, we went to The Joe Perry Project !!!!
What do you expect from an LA audience???
This band can't get old especially for 65 years old Steven Taylor !!
Who??? Who the hell is Steven Taylor??? LOL
TYLER
GREAT!
Legends
I’m 13 and I’m a BIG Aerosmith and Steven fan. I’ve been a fan since I was 3. I’ve seen KISS, Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, and Poison live and I want to see Aerosmith bad but they haven’t been to my state since 2014 (Tennessee). I’m blessed to have a cell phone at a concert. I put that sucker on record, put it in my chair’s cup holder facing the stage, and then rock out. I witness the concert face to face and I can watch the greatness anytime I want to thanks to phones. I understand being mad about people just standing there holding Their phone, but it’s different when you’re like me and have a passion for rock music and play 6 instruments and you want to watch the concert right then and there and never want it to leave your memory so you record it.
Omg: I'm playing the whiskey go go, so excited : to play where my favorite Rock Band of all time played.
Slash and Aerosmith! Woohoo! Gods of Rock!
GAH! They're going to be in Cincinnati Ohio in July! I hope I can make it! Seeing Aerosmith live is on my bucket list...
dude go see them live you its worth it, seen live plenty of times
Best band
Wow @ almost 70 years old these guyz still know how to put on a show!!! Steven Tyler's vocals even sounded better than I anticipated!
Great recording thanks for uploading it...only seen them ones by it was fucking amazing on a trip to Sweden Rock Festival 2007
I love how Perry takes a second to say something about the bands history with the band. I saw them in Grand Rapids and he said It was the first city to promote them besides Boston
They had very little support from anyone in 1973. Columbia records were spending all their $$$ promoting Bruce Springsteen. 'Toys in the Attic' came out in 1975 and they skyrocketed to fame. A true underdog story, winning in the end. Then losing it all and winning it back again. Biggest come back story in the music business.
Without Brad Whitford? Looks and sounds like a warm-up for Europe. Must've been a cool show, BUT...without Brad? Can't go there. I did, however, see the Hendrix Experience with Brad and D.Zappa and E.Johnson and B.Guy. Killer show. Aerosmith's gonna rock The Gorge, WA. Hell yeah!! .............with Brad :]
AWESOME
I want that shirt that Tyler has on!! haha I got a feeling this is going to be a rocking tour!!! I love Slash's singer on this tour! Myles Kennedy!
This is a cool set at the Whiskey..hard rocking baby!
Only the best rock band ever.
one of my first eight track tapes was Toys in the Attic.
So Cool of Joe to speak about December 3rd, 1973. Joe is So Real.
short show but amazing
Slash 🤘🔥❤️
61 Aerosmith Concerts in almost 57 years n pray there's more.
AEROSMITH #1

the piano players back up vocals is amazing
Loved Tyler new vocals!

I love you guys!
Wondeful!!!
Gold
This Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This would have been pretty sweet to be at. I love the whiskey
WOW
A Aerosmith much good....
...what! I so missed out. You all played on my 65th birthday. Oh well, it's still a great belated birthday bash of interrelated cosmic rock and roll. So, it's all good! Like the Slash...or a gash.
Voce da paura....cantare così a 67 sono in pochi a farlo....grandissimo!!!!
I fucking love this band. Wish I was there back in the 70's
Amazing performance, shame some of the audience wanted to watch it on their phones and cameras instead of live.
Had somebody not taped this on their phone you would have been able to see it you moron.
@@SavedInANanosecond. ha ha ha ha. Good one I like to imagine you honing that reply for six years.
@@thegreatbandini what did he say he took it down ahahaha
Just , That great!!
Soo.. RKay
still rhyming "see it" with "shit" is one of the most genius pieces of rock lyrics ever. seriously...
Which song?
ENCORE!!!!!
29:08 "Welcome to the jungle
Gowwnnasendee-ee
Whatchugottofeeluhmove
But you wanna go back with me" 0_o .. okay ..that's one way to put it lol
Now this is Aerosmith!! The music from like the first 4 albums rocked like hell!!! I love it except for the song Pink.
Love you guys, especially all the pre~Sony years. I like Toys best, but Done With Mirrors, too~~~it seems like that was your last authentic Aerosmith nitty gritty album. peace
