HOW to make Edge Quilling_Abstract Leaves Design for Wall Decoration

Hello everyone! It's been a year... I am sorry for I have been very busy with life....
Well for today’s video, I will be showing an edge quilling and I call it Abstract leaves. Here are the tools and materials:
1. 10in x 7.5in illustration board, it can be bought in any of your local stores and if you are in the Phulippines you are probably familiar with National Bookstore because it is where I buy all my materials.
2. 8 mm. colored paper (200 gsm), there are verities of shops selling colored paper on shopee I cannot find the shop where I bought my papers it’s been a long time but I’ll try to search it and come back here if I can.
You can cut your own strips because you cannot buy 8 mm. strips I think and if I may suggest you can use a cutter and a glass as a cutting matt, just be careful. Lately I just discover this technique and I’m happy to share it with you hehe, maybe some knew it already.
3. Arylic colour, any brand is Okay
4. Paint brush
5. Glue, many of you are always asking what kind of glue am I using, and my answer is always Elmer’s Glue. It is very strong when dried up and I’ve been using it in making 3D Flowers I promise its good.
6. Scissor, always be careful when using this tool
7. Pencil, for drawing patterns
Process:
1. Draw your design directly on your board, but if you have a pattern from the internet, you can print it and you can trace it on your board. I made a free pattern or design and you can also do it.
2. Paint the leaves using acrylic color or water color, in my design I only use green and yellow acrylic but you can also explore and use different colors because there are different types or colors of leaves while for me, I stick to the normal colors of leaves.
3. Prepare your strips by cutting it with scissors or cutter, I used 8 mm. but you can also use 10 mm it depends on you.
4. Start putting strips by gluing it starting on the outer of the leaves then the veins, I made it curved but you can do it also in straight hehe.
