Wonderful that Anupama Mam covered Mr.Sen. I was not aware till I discovered this video about Mr.Shaunak Sen's film. I am glad a documentary film is getting recognition and coverage. Hope documentaries find a wider audience in India. Very proud moment for India 😊.

Congratulations Shaunak Sen. I've been one of the closest friends of your Father Shubhankar. This was very emotional that you dedicated this movie to your late Father. May Almighty bless you 🙏.

Will be good if FC, after this, actually interviews Indian docu filmmakers who have been at it for ages without any recognition of this sort. I bet Anupama Chopra herself wouldn't have heard the name of Shaunak if it wasn't for ATB winning at Sundance and let alone that, even if it didn't make it to Cannes.

Good to see such an intelligent, articulate speaker - in the days of frivolous programs like Big Boss or Rodies surrounding us!!

India need more filmmakers like Shaunak who give wings to their imagination in ways that not many could do. Here a movie is being judged by how much money it earned at the box office , commercial success is not a success unless we have a mind that as gifted as Shaunak's mind is

    Congratulations Mr. Sen.
Articulated his thoughts beautifully, especially the part about you being there with a camera and capturing something that no one else could see was really beautiful.

Yesterday I was watching his interview with DD’s Munmun at Cannes and was in awe of his intellect and for the lone submission from India. I wish him all the best. I hope indies and documentaries get more spotlight. I am loving these sessions from Film Companion.
