Everything but cleanse and loctus, or you can run cleanse if you want instead of bind

it varies based on memcap bonus gear but it can be from anywhere to 42-50

he did it when the names were removed. and now its just to make sure u hit ur mate instead of the enemy while they are stacked
its so that i know who is who, this was when no nameplates were going around, it also gives me better los at times
