I Got Defective Laptop from

Hey everyone 👋🏻
I got defective laptop 💻 from acer When i purchased this after 10 days i got some problem in my laptop,
I contacted to the acer customers support
They said send the e-mail your concern & snaps on this e-mail id: [e-mail]
I sent the e-mail on 21-October-22
After 15days i didn’t get any reply & revert from acer team
After that when I contact again
In the starting they playing like we didn’t received any mail from your side,
And they denying me and saying give me some Time 24 to 48 hours
Almost they taken 2 months but no one given proper resolution on call & emails,
I faced so many problems’
Purchased date to till replacement date all conversations i covered with proofs,

I think if any ones face this same problem so what can he do that’s the main reason to make this video so please share with your friends and family because, when they faced any problems like this its helped them, so i requested to all please share it and don’t forget to watch, I explained how to take a legal action and e-mail & calls so must watch it before buying any type of electronics gadgets.(Laptop / Computer / Tablet )

Im concerned about the acer service should i go for another brand's laptop ?

Brother choice is yours all brands are good 😊 but when you purchase any brand laptop that’s time be careful because I face this problem Acer customers service ground level executive’s not working properly but when I highlighted to there senior management then i got my solution within 3days so it’s good you can go with acer
