Is This the Perfect Rod for Fishing Small Creeks? (Tenkara Fly Fishing)

In this video I fish with the Dragontail FoxFire zx280 rod. It's a triple zoom rod, meaning that it can be fished at three different lengths. Theoretically, it's perfect for fishing very small streams. How does it fare in reality?
