Ok so I found a new dead alive glitch. On the March 15th build
1. Enter hunger mode and get either senpai to notice you ate someone, get exposed or apprehended.
3. Restart from last check point
4. When you reload you'll notice you start off in low atmosphere. Then go into hunger mode and eat someone in front of the eye patch girl, she will follow you around as you eat other people and nothing can stop you.
Hope this works. You are that duuuuuuude!
