With all sanity in me, I would confidently admit Dr Khen P Tombing is the greatest man in all of Manipur. Many of us dream dreams but very few of us live that dream. I admire Sir Tombing for his respect of any profession be it a sweeper or an IAS officer. Last but not the least thanks for Sir Mang Taithul for asking relevent questions. 👍

As a library dependent during College days, i uphold and value Libraries, though i might take many books for my reading back then, but still then i return at the end of my reading. So all am saying is, whatever the library might missed, it will come back one day hahah

One thing to ponder;
Govt. schools/Colleges paid well to their employees with less school infrastructures and vise versa to Private runs schools/Colleges.
The formal institutions are not interested in investment in terms of Lands/buildings hence paid salary well to their employees.and vise versa in the case of Private runs institutions.
