  • Released by Jolly Roger Amusement Rides of the United Kingdom in either 1995 or 1996. Licensed under Richard Scarry II and Paramount Pictures.
    THIS IS A REUPLOAD from May of last year. I fixed the video resolution since I wasn't real happy with the previous upload any longer.
    Trivia: The bit of the theme song at the beginning is the attract sound.

    I remember in the mid to late 90s, I used to ride this thing as a kid at Walmart or Kmart when mom was done shopping.

    I remember seeing this at Chinatown Central Plaza in Los Angeles, CA back in 2016. (It got Eletech Electronics reissue) But it got replaced into a T&N Fun Factory 1970s Semi Truck kiddie ride then 1990s Ice cream truck kiddie ride "Peanuts" (Eletech Electronics reissue)

    I left another comment on your Batman and Robin Batcave video regarding about the Superman train. Desiree told me a few days ago that it was released in January 2000, not 1999 like the Batcave was.

      That means the show was airing its final episodes then. (The final two aired in February 2000.) You should watch it! It's SO good!!

    Would've been a little more fun if you filmed the outside of the car. 😊

      Yeah, when I filmed this years ago, I was trying to get as close to the speaker as I could and get the attract mode sound included. The original upload of this had a cropped screen but I had fixed it.

      No, CEC only received generic kiddie rides as well as cec branded kiddie rides during their phase 1 - 2 eras, Phase 3 would be when they got jolly roger rides such as Scoop and Clifford

    I have one of these in my possession mainly just the fiberglass shell does anybody know value or any suggestions on where to advertise that it is for sale and fair asking price

      @sc88v28 Před 8 měsíci +1

      Hi, replying on behalf of the uploader.
      You could probably get US$100+ for the shell alone as a licenced product. People use these not only for restoration but also just as toys for their kids to climb on, etc. Not to mention as a licenced product it may get some attention from a Richard Scarry collection.
      Whatever's convenient for you is always best, but otherwise I'd recommend eBay for local pickup, Facebook marketplace, or Gumtree/Craigslist.
      Hope that helps. 😊

      Black Pearl Arcade in North Myrtle Beach, SC, and to my recollection it is unfortunately no longer here. :\
