Make a goal and follow it everyday no matter what. No excuses. No more im too tired or im to weak or i have this or that to do. No excuse. Follow your goal and everyday you stick to your goal you will get better at keeping discipline. Never gonna be easy and it was never supposed to be easy but itll make you have more discipline in life if thats your desire.
