I complained to anti corruption bureau against collecter Pune 7 years back. Gave statement with proof. Despite he was promoted instead of demorion for corrupt practices. Today he is commissioner of big corporation. I am not even replied as to what action was taken against my application

In Chhattisgarh State PSC corruption is rampant. Every year a lot of candidates pay money to get their names into the list.
India should start giving govt. jobs on the basis of experience, not on the basis of "history of India, Quantitative and Reasoning, GK, etc.".
This will ensure few things:
1. Instead of sitting at homes unemployed, young graduates first look into the type of job that they are interested in and then take that job and get industry experience.
2. On the basis of that industry experience, they should get govt. job.
Currently, young graduates prepare for an exam with the mentality of "sarkari naukri", "aaram ki zindagi", etc. This defeats the whole purpose of recruitment.
They should first look into the kind of job that they are going to do and if they like it, then only they should apply.
This is just a transfer, not dismissal. She is just buying time till people forget.
Not only congress all politicians political parties former bureaucrats senior bureaucrats may be involved in this. People may be hardworking but still sometimes I do wonder, how an IAS officers daughters and sons become IAS. Something is creepy and fishy.

My Brother suffered severe leg injury in an accident. After four years also his Leg bones are in pieces not jointed together. . But the doctor has denied to issue him Disabled certificate. This is the reality.
So pity on those who hold UPSC and another Government examinations. Just shameful.

Not only civil services exam, in many other ORA exams conducted by UPSC.... The applicants are producing an OBC certificate, and qualifying. although they are already in Central government group A services. Yahi kaaran hai ki ab vishawas hi uthta jaa raha hai in examination se... 2005 ke baad yahi chala aa raha hai sab ki jaanch honi chahiye.

See the example of TEMASEK in Singapore, which is the arm of Singapore state. No UPSC there, but TEMASEK bureaucrats work in corporate style, receive high salaries, and deliver outstanding services and results for Singapore.
Sardar Patel after independence wanted the UPSC (then ICS) dissolved and abolished, but he was overruled.
This is the price India and Indians have and continue to pay for decades.
