  • Hi! Today I have a recipe for traditional polish donuts "PĄCZKI"! If you want to know how to make polish doughnuts, you've come to the right place! These homemade polish donuts have no artificial additives, they are fluffy and delicious! In Poland we prepare "pączki" for
    "Fat Thursday". Make them at home, your family will definitely love it :)
    This polish donut recipe is very simple and you will certainly be able to prepare them if you follow the instructions given in the video. Here you have donuts with marmalade, but you can also make donuts with poppy seed filling, donuts with eggnog, or donuts with pudding.
    Just try traditional Polish food!
    Ingredients for polish donuts:
    - 550g of wheat cake flour (less than 3 and 1/2 cups)
    - 250ml warm milk (1 glass)
    - 60g of sugar (4 tablespoons) + 1 tablespoon of sugar for the leaven
    - 50g fresh yeast
    - 7 egg yolks
    - 2 tablespoons of spirit
    Additionally:
    - Lard or vegetable oil for frying
    - Powdered sugar or icing for donuts
    - Selected donut filling, e.g. marmalade, poppy seed mass, pudding, chocolate cream, eggnog, etc.
