    材料:
    面团
    -2 杯中筋面粉(300克)
    -2 个全蛋
    -6 个蛋黄
    -1 大勺初榨橄榄油
    -1/2 小勺盐

    - 1 把菠菜 (400克)
    - 300克乳清奶酪
    - 1 杯帕米森奶酪
    - 1/2 小勺盐
    - 1/4 小勺豆蔻粉

    - 6 片鼠尾草
    - 3 大勺无盐黄油

    With 1 pasta dough you can make many types of handmade pasta. With a few simple tools, including things you have in your kitchen already, we're going to make an egg pasta dough and form it into 10 different shapes.
    The shapes are cavatelli, fusilli, casarecce, fettucine, linguine, farfalle, penne, rigatoni, ravioli, and tortellini. We will also make a basic filling for the ravioli and tortellini with spinach and ricotta cheese. Enjoy!
    Ingredients:
    Pasta Dough
    -2 cups all purpose flour (300g)
    -2 whole eggs
    -6 egg yolks
    -1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    -1/2 tsp salt
    Filling for Ravioli and Tortellini
    - 1 bunch spinach (400g)
    - 300g Ricotta cheese
    - 1 cup parmesan cheese
    - 1/2 tsp salt
    - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    Sauce
    - 6 sage leaves
    - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
    - 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    - 1/4 tsp salt
