How to Make a Simple Compost Sieve Trommel
In this video I have started a chicken composting system, where I hope to process compost inside the chicken run. using the chickens to help process the compost. I will show updates of the compost as it develops. We will look forward to collecting the eggs as well.
I recently moved in to a new house and a new garden. I have been gardening and building entertainment for my two children.

I just made one of these from your wonderful design and added an electric motor that I had from an old cement mixer. I just love upcycling and using broken and discarded materials to build new redesigned useful products. Thanks again City Gardener

Brilliant! My mate left his old cement mixer at my place when he bought a new one. I'm off to cut some holes in the drum and put mesh over them.

That will get lots of use! Very cool. Be interesting to see how the grass improves over time with the added nutrients.
