Hats off, dude. It took you 4mins and 17sec to explain subtractive synthesis clearly and concisely. Best ever intro to subtractive on YT.
Thank you fam! Means a lot
I’m finally delving into real sound design after over 15 years of production. Mixing can lead to sound design so I have some experience. But this from scratch taking something like a sine wave to a unique sound is new to me. And I know this rabbit hole goes deep based on the millions of sounds that can be replicated.
It’s definitely a space to explore!
Excellent presentation in terms of education….Quick, precise and visually interesting.
Thank you man that means a lot!
You're a really good teacher. Thank you for teaching the super important skill of sound design. We really appreciate you sharing your knowledge❤
thank you fam that really means a lot
we back
man your content is so high quality, for real, time and algorithm will show it heavily
Thanks for your support fam!
Fascinating. Good stuff mn. And like has been noted by others. Well explained. You deeply understand synths & sound design. And it shows in your simple explanations of a complex topic. Great ear too.
Really helpful and perfect length vid. Cheers!
la combi versace one was so unexpected and bomb af!! you're amazing for this
YOOOO THE COMBI VERSACE PATCH!!! Thank you so much for this!
This is the best way I've seen anybody describe ASDR. Thumbs up.
Thank you fam!
The streets needed this one frrrrrr
🙏🙏
Great explained, thank you for that!
If you subtract two (equal amplitude) sawtooth waves, you get a pulse wave whose width is controlled by the difference in phase of the two sawtooths. So a PWM square wave sounds like two detuned saws.
Well done man. Very clear explanations.
Great video! very helpful for a newbie trying to create my sounds from scratch. Love Pigments!
Love to hear that fam!
Great job, thanks!
Can’t wait for the expansion of the course! 🔥

🙏🙏🙏
best synthh
congrats! excellent video. keep going into Pigments's magic!
Its great that you can remake any sound. However, do you find inspiration to make totally new sounds? or Explore sounds that don't include using a presetting. I find instruments to be very useful for creating new sounds and exploring sound to be much more useful and energizing.
Wow
weeee backkkk
Yessurrr
1:15 “Nikes on my feet keep my cypher complete!” 👟
nice job.
🙏
killer man.
🙏🌀
Could you show how to make more realistic sounds like more similar to real instruments but with a synth sound obv.
🔥
great tutorial on sound design. What mic are you using? good sound quality
Thank you! Just an AT2020
Let’s hear you duplicate Joe Zawinul’s brass patch that he used on Db Waltz (Domino Theory album). It starts at about :30. There’s also a lead sound at about 4:15
great explainig...for to fast because i have to translate it into german...but easy to understand
Haha thank you fam
How many viewers watching this video are absolute beginners who have no idea what the fundamental waves are, or where different sounds will be located in the frequency spectrum? What filters and envelopes and LFO’s are? What ADSR is? How about that you can make anything from white noise and filters?
Ahhh the mandem has returned
🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀
Lol what’s the synth at the very start of this video?
Not sure what you mean fam? Pigments is the only synth in this video
Is this pigments 2 or 4? I have 2 and I really don't wanna buy 4.
I think it was 3 but it really shouldn’t make too much of a difference what version of pigments you’re using they’re all pretty similar
I bought Pigments when it was at version 3. And I've gotten free updates until now, where I now have version 5 without ever having to pay extra.
i thought thats Mac Millers Guide
Why have the word “ANY” in upper-case; and not quotation marks …
This channel just stopped😢
We’re back now!
@@theloopholeco i jiust saw you had two newer videos. look forward to the content
Roadman
Very good teaching, but your title is misleading. "Make any sound?" Hardly... you just attempted to reproduce a few synth sounds, that's it!
pigments isnt a subtractive synth..
cant listen to this speaking punishment. bye
Stop acting black
