Calling all chocolate and Nutella lovers! 🤩 This cookie pie is everything you need and more 🤤
Super soft and gooey cookie dough, that’s loaded with chocolate chips! Stuffed with a thicc layer of Nutella 🤌
Sound on for full instructions 🔉
All you need is:
200g unsalted butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
320g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g chocolate chips + some for the top
350g Nutella
Bake 160C (fan) 25-30mins - allow to cool fully in the tin
Tin size: 8” springform pan

For anyone wondering the text(s) said (in order)
-200g butter, softened
-250g light brown sugar
-mix together
-1 large egg
-1 tsp vanilla
-mix until combined
-320g plain flour
-1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
-fold/mix until combined
-200g chocolate chips
-fold/mix in
-take out 1/3 to make a lid
-press the rest into a tin
-create a lip around the edge
-350g Nutella
-smooth out (till edges)
-place (cookie dough) lid on top
-seal edges
-add more choc chips (on top)
Bake:
-160C (fan)
-25-30 mins

My mom made this and it tasted good but warning for your first try don't take a large piece because it will be too much. It tastes good, but best to eat it in small amounts everyday.

Everyone in this reply section doesn’t know what overeating is like for some people- if you’ve been eating super sugary foods your whole life, (basically all foods) or fast food, some of the things convert to sugar. (Ex, starch) and eating something like this, is bad. Especially all the added sugar. Nutella is very sugary, so are chocolate chips. And 250g of sugar is VERY bad. I’m 12, I have prediabetes, so I know. You guys in this reply section have NOOO idea.

I made this, it turned out nothing how it looked and took an hour to bake but was still delicious. I changed the chocolate amount from 350g to 190g and it was less sickly.

Nutella cookie pie
200g softened butter

MIX
1 large egg
1 Table spoon vanilla
MIX

Half table spoon bicarbonate of soda
MIX
200g of choc chips
Take 1/3 for lid
Press the rest in a tin, lip the edges
350g of Nutella, smooth out
Place lid on top, seal edges
Add choc chips
Bake in oven 160c (fan) 25-30m
Let it cool

Update: Went super well! Had to use mostly caster sugar as I didn't have enough of the brown, and also might of cut it when it was still a little hot but I think if you like nutella and cookies you should try this!!

Anyways here’s is a cookie recipe 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened, divided
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 rounded tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
Directions
Mix 1 tablespoon butter with brown sugar and gochujang in a small bowl to form a paste; set aside.
Add white sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla extract, egg, and remaining 7 tablespoons butter into a bowl. Use an electric hand mixer, whisk, or a spatula to mix everything until light and fluffy. Add flour; use a spatula to mix until the flour disappears.
Flatten mixture in the bowl with the flat side of the spatula, then slightly roughen the surface with the edge of the spatula to make some shallow cracks and crevices.
Use a teaspoon to apply small dollops of gochujang mixture over the top, then use the spatula to fold cookie dough up over the gochujang mixture, gently stirring and folding, to create well-defined streaks of chili paste marbled throughout the dough.
Refrigerate dough for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
Scoop cookie dough by 2 tablespoonfuls; arrange 8 cookies per pan on the prepared baking sheet, leaving plenty of room between cookies; dough will spread out.
Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are very lightly golden, 13 to 15 minutes. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely

200 gramas de margarina 250 de açúcar mascavo creme chese 1 colher 1 ovo 3 gotas essência de baunilha 300 gramas de farinha de trigo 1 colher de bicarbonato 350 de nutella misture a massa coloque na forma metade coloque a nutela e depois coloque o restante da massa e acrescente gotas de chocolate assar no forno por 20-30 minutos aproximadamente

2.) Mix in 1 large egg and 1 tsp of vanilla
3.) Add 320g of plain flour and 1/2 tsp of baking soda and fold until combined
4.) Fold in 200g of chocolate chips
5.) Shape 2/3 of the dough into the bottom and sides of the circular pan
6.) Fill pie with 350g of Nutella and smooth it out evenly
7.) Place the rest of the dough (1/3) on the top of the pie and shape into a lid (make sure to seal edges, no gaps)
8.) Add more chocolate chips on top
9.) Bake in oven for 25~30 minutes on 160C (fan)
10.) Cool
