So , we have to depend wholly on our own shoulders and buy fingerlings from pvt vendors from Cachar, Assam with high cost that's too bad seeds at last. dear u set ur own small scale hatchery...i m from bihar ... i have set my own small sacle hatchery... without taking any training...i do breeding...jus learing pdf file ,see Hatchery video .....i m doing like that ..this year i m sucess in breeding imc 50percent.

yes other vendors take exess money on seed...i think they loot the farmer..those dosent no the actual rate of seed.
