for ugradation. But in round 2 we don't get any college on upgradation then we can retain
1st round's seat. But how do we apply for upgradation in round 3. will we have to leave that retained round 1 seat or can we keep it and still go for upgradation in round 3

I think, to go to third round, after not upgraded in second round,we should resign the first round allotted seat. That is not mentioned in this video.

Sir, 1st round सीट एलोट होती है लेकिन रिपोर्टिंग ना करने की वजह से सीट छूट जाती है, तथा 2,3कोई सीट ना तो स्टृऐ राऊण्ड मे भाग ले सकते हैं या नहीं
Second round mai fresh registration kiya and college updation ke liye apply kiya lekin updation na ho to kya third round mai seat chhod sakte hai

2nd round Raj state Council is online counselling but other state candidates are also appearing in merit list which is not as per last year procedure.
last year other state candidates were allowed only in offline counselling and preference was given Rajasthan candidates over other state candidates.
How it will work In 3rd round which is equivalent to last year 2nd round wherein Raj candidates were given preference over others but this time in 2nd round itself they are considered against general seat.
how it will work in online second round this time is not clear.
