There are plenty of good blues guitarists. Maybe more than ever. What the world needs is more people to go out and buy tickets. Saw Kingfish for $12 a couple of years ago, he is coming back to the same venue a couple years later for $40. Still a bargain.
Chris Cain one of the best blues guitarist living today. Anyone who knows the blues music scene knows it’s true. His rhythm guitar while accompanying others is absolutely unparalleled. I use to see him in the 1980’s at this dive Blues Bar in San Jose, CA.
To be able to keep up with Chris is a huge feat. This young man i believe is all ready up there with the elite. I can only imagine what he will be like in 10 years!
These great musicians are making these guitars sound like they're creating a brand new language on earth. Now I remember Prince and all the other greatest lead guitarists. 😊
