Nice tool and review! My smart batteries keep dying one after another: I've lost 2 8Ah and a 4Ah (smart). These smart batteries have good cells but really poor electronics.. I really hope they improve it
@@essentials1016 I thought about that but I can't see it being the case. I always charge them with the smart charger in eco mode (1A charge), keep them in balance mode, bluetooth off and I use my tools sporadically (non-professional use). Last weekend I opened the faulty batteries, checked with a tester and all of them were perfectly balanced (and almost fully charged). Put them in a drill and it runs for a sec then it shout dawn. I guess they "just" need to be reset - aka desolder batteries from the pcb, then resolder it

the old 4ah battery is stronger then new 8 ah
the 4 & 8Ah smart batteries have protection sensors I suppose
I prefer batteries not smart for certain tools
