Member of the JFC says state Supreme Court set an important precedent with Evers v Marklein decision

The Wisconsin Supreme Court decided 6-1 that the Republican-controlled Joint Finance Committee was acting unconstitutionally when it blocked land conservation projects and updates to state buildings.
