I was almost scammed but saved by your channel. Thank you so much. I went for PDI the showroom initally denied but after talking to company callcenter they accepted. Then the billed car was different VIN. Then I demanded another PDI which again they hesitated but gave because it was their fault. Then they repeatedly wanted me to take showroom insurance which I finally didnt take. Finally I dint get the special delivery. But atleast I didnt end up driving home a demo car. And then the showroom kept pestering me to give a good review to company. Dont ever give good review to a bad showroom. Just be honest. You can say the positives as well. But if not for mycarhelpline I would have definitely driven home a lemon.
My 1 week car purchase process ended up in 2.5 weeks because of all these checks. But I saved some money and got a good car.

If you see a traffic congestion 200mts ahead, what would you do?
1: Accelerate for the first 100mts and then apply brakes in the final 100mts.
    2. Decelerate for the entire 200mts by taking your foot off the race pedal and then apply brakes in the last 50-100mts.
    I choose the 2nd option.

Bhai am getting good mileage on my Creta petrol of around 17Kmpl. In my opinion we have to look at the tachometer closely and maintain the rpm between 1500 and 2000 to get better mileage. If we maintain correct gear change and avoid sudden accelaration we can maintain rpm below 2000. Govt has made me a gentle driver by hiking the price day by day. While all of these tips are good, we need to raise noise of these prices since these are due to exorbitant taxes. We are paying one of the highest prices for fuel in the entire world. Actual prices should have been much much lower even when fuel was 80-90 couple of years back.
Wait till next state elections. There won't be any hike for a month and after everything is done and dusted watch the prices shoot up again.

Apart from being able to monitor the real fuel efficiency, the other advantage of keeping the fuel tank full by topping it up periodically depending on usage is that it also helps in providing better fuel efficiency especially, in petrol vehicles. Remember, the less empty space there is inside the tank, the less will the fuel be able to move/splash around inside while driving, providing less opportunity for evaporation from its surface. However, like the author mentioned don't fill till the brim as it always creates the risk of fuel spilling in to the linked evap chamber and damaging its contents.

    1. Do not idle at traffic signal's or while waiting. It will only waste natural resources and pollute the environment while also affecting mileage.
    2. Correct tyre pressure every 15 days, petrol pump air machines are not calibrated, instead use own tyre inflator. Might affect upto 5% mileage.
    3. Proper gear shifts, use higher gears and don't go above 100km/h on highways as 100km/h is relaxed for car and won't make much difference in travel time on Indian highways.
    4. Service on time, Replace air filters every 10000km and align wheels every 5000km. General checkup, wheel balancing etc. Take care of your car, The car will take care of you.
    5. Fill fuel in the morning, might get upto 2% extra due to density difference in colder environment.
MID mileage is probably not accurate, instead fill fuel upto Auto-cut and after driving for 150-170kms, fill fuel again till Auto-cut and check fuel consumed for your kms driven.
    Cheers
