Speaking from all the halos I think we can say we couldn’t be more grateful for you
we just want to thank you for everything you have done for us.
halos is like a second home for so many people and a safe place we can go when we need an escape. Mental health is so important and you guys have made such a huge impact positively to so may people.
Through the highs and through the lows you guys are always there to put a smile on our face and to remind us that there is “always gunna be another day don’t let the world get you down”
So we just wanted to thank you from all of us
Keep doing what your doing, being an inspiration to us all and a safe place

Last year I made 2 attempts on my life and I would do anything to go back and tell myself what I know now. You are never alone. Telling someone and talking about it is SO IMPORTANT.
if you have had symptoms or low mood for TWO WEEKS or longer, go and seek help from a gp, or mental health specialist.
I think I speak for all the halos when I say that we are grateful for all the things you do for us and you have created a safe place for us all. Remember what you do doesn’t go unnoticed and we love each and every one of you ❤

"MUITO OBRIGADA, por abrirem espaço a este tema, por usarem a vossa voz e influência para coisas que realmente importam. A saúde mental continua sendo um "tabu" na sociedade, minimizada e muitas vezes, até, desvalorizada. É mesmo muito importante mostrar às pessoas que não é algo só delas ou que devam esconder quando não está tudo bem, que na verdade não estar tudo bem faz parte da condição humana. É fundamental mostrar que procurar ajuda média é totalmente válido e novamente MUITO IMPORTANTE, porque a verdade é que doenças mentais merecem tanta ou mais atenção do que as doenças físicas! Então e repetindo-me mais uma vez MUITO OBRIGADA por criarem um espaço seguro para isso, por incentivarem as pessoas a procurar ajuda! vocês são maravilhosos"

this actually broke my heart, but im to scared to talk to someone what if they use it against me? what if they say im lying? what if they say it to other people? I love this but telling someone is not an option for me....
You have to think about telling someone! Surely one of your friends or family can help you. Here you also have a lot of people willing to do it. If you tell it you vent, keep it in mind. You can't hold that load back.
I'm sure there's someone you can trust.

Speak to people you TRUST. No-one who you truly trust will ever do that you. There is always someone out there willing to listen to you x
