    I was always interested in dermatology watching this made me not as scared to learn the mohs procedure one day

    Thanks for this information. My husband has to have Mohs surgery done on his hand. He is in excruciating pain and we've had a horrendous time trying to find a Dr. that could even look at his hand. The wait time has been really bad. We FINALLY found out this morning that he's supposed to have Mohs surgery done but it'll be another 2 wks and the procedure won't be done near where we live. It will take at least an hour to get there and an hour to get back home after the surgery. I'm very nervous and don't know if I really trust this Dr. since his office never called us back to tell us the biopsy was positive for cancer.

      You will do great! Hang in there as this can be a stressful event but this is a great procedure with great cure rates.

    What is the need for extra diamond shape cut? Why not close it as it is?
