@bling2332 I feel the same. Can't really say who has the best set up. Maybe who has the most expensive set up 🤷🏻♂️. I'm currently using an open 12ft trailer behind my truck. I want a van, but I gotta get one that has at least a 3,500/ 4,000 lbs pay load capacity. My water tank is 250 gallons. I live in south GA and a lot of my clients live or go on dirt roads and or go mudding. So I use a lot of water. Really don't want to downsize my tank.
Nice setups, its good to see theres guys out there using the EcoFlow. I have a small one to power up a fridge in the summer. Ive been contemplating getting the big one to upgrade my generator with solar panels on the top. Its definitely pricey.

That Shine Squad van with the blue accents is my kind of deal. The IK sprayers labeled with the chemicals. So nice. Also liked the one with all the Koch Chemie bottles, each with their own measuring top.
Yep that ones a sick one. Wouldn’t mind having one in each color. Also black on red hits pretty sick too. But those IK sprayers look hard all lined up.
Those guys spent a lot of money on all those little details like those measuring caps. Pretty cool.
BestInClass detailing I believe is the guy who has all the measuring cups for his concentrated chems-smart man keeping track of his overhead for sure

Mexicans dominating the mobile detail buisness out west…👊🏽👍🏽. I rarely see mobile detailers in NYC but the few I’ve seen are not setup like those vans out there. Awesome!!!
Yeah definitely. a lot of them run the scene in that area, but it’s a pretty good mix of people.

Thats a good question, I think a little bit of both. The long bed is definitely better for what we do. But the short bed has some cool features as well
Does anybody use the vacumaid? How much better is it than a 6hp rigid
I know a few guys but haven’t heard much controversy about them. Most people use the rigids and they get the job done 🤷♂️ so I guess why spend $400 on a vacumaid
Which area is better in this field? New York State, California State, or Florida State?
I can’t really speak for NY or Florida because I live and operate out of CA. I know California a lot of good whether to run a detail business. It’s pretty easy to work in the sun and its not too hot in so cal. But in other states I hear detailers are battling snow, cold, extreme heat and humidity. I know guys back east who say business is good almost all year around but its hot and humid and slows down the process as opposed to so cal we actually dont detail all year we get hit hard with rain and picky customers who dont seek out detailing through the winter time and we end up having several slow months.

@NoKingsNoGodsOnlyMan it costs several thousand dollars. Just all the frames cost a couple grand. Then all your machines, water tank and equipment is a few grand, then whatever install is. Easily $6,000 to $10,000 to have professionally made custom setup.

The easy part is financing a $30,000 van and making monthly payments on it the hard part is coming up with $20,000 cash to pay for a custom build, with machines and accessories and then stock the van with every single intricate tool and product you need to operate function as a professional Detailer. So essentially be prepared to invest upfront short term around 20k cash or credit cards, and then longe term investment over a 5 years car loan term 30k monthly payments. Ball park estimate to be all in as Fully equipped mobile detailer with industrial grade equipment thats built to last a lifetime, your looking around 50k total
